It was at the age of 15 that I was fortunate enough to find chiropractic as my life's purpose.

Having the opportunity to visit a chiropractor on numerous occasions following recurrent headaches and sport related injuries provided me with an insight into this fantastic profession. Chiropractic was unique; I liked what I saw and soon became empowered on the prospects of one day becoming a chiropractor. I found it absolutely amazing how my body had the intelligence and ability to heal without following the usual allopathic approach of drugs or surgery. Shortly after I announced to my parents that I was to become a chiropractor and the rest is history! 

After achieving the required grades at college I soon started a five year masters degree in Chiropractic at the Anglo European Chiropractic College (AECC) in Bournemouth. Shortly after graduating I registered with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC) and became a member of the United Chiropractic Association (UCA). Throughout my five years at college I personally attended over 250 extra hours learning at seminars all over the world. After talking to many chiropractors I realised that miracles were seen within the chiropractic practice every day. On visiting numerous chiropractic practices I was amazed to see many testimonials of patients with all different types of conditions such as asthma and babies being helped with infantile colic. It then became apparent to me that there was more to chiropractic than just neck and low back pain.

Ever since, chiropractic has been a lifestyle choice for me and I receive chiropractic care every two weeks. I am passionate about the science of human wellness and feel morally obligated to educate my patients on ways to increase health and well being through eating, thinking and moving in ways which are compatible with our bodies. I strive to be a passionate dedicated chiropractor who offers the finest chiropractic health care service with professionalism, clinical expertise and compassion. I am committed to promoting optimal health and well being of all patients. I like to use a 'whole person approach'. This approach to wellness means looking for underlying causes of any disturbance or disruption (which may or may not be causing symptoms at the time) and make whatever interventions and lifestyle adjustments that would optimise the conditions for normal function. Using this approach has allowed me to help many people accelerate their journey to good health.

My first experience of truth health and chiropractic was through Dr. Tilley when we met in 2010.  I had previously suffered years of constant headaches, which at the time I made no connection to the fact that my lifestyle was causing this.  It was far 'easier' and what I perceived as 'normal' to keep reaching for over the counter pain killers everyday, rather than actually taking the time to address the real issue and get to the route cause of the problem.  

I can honestly say that Joe has saved my life, if I had not of met him and been introduced to this model of care I would have been heading down a very slippery slope, there is only a certain amount of time that your body can keep surviving in such a toxic environment.  It was not a sustainable lifestyle I was living, yet I was totally unaware of the affects it was having on my body due to the heavy advertising we are bombarded with daily.  From a young age, I became very sceptical of the medical profession after seeing the influence they had on my families health so when I heard about chiropractic and how it restores the body's innate healing potential everything fell into place for me.  One of my biggest questions was 'why have I not been told about this before?', how could a profession that is so special and unique be kept from me?  From that moment I started on my journey of transforming my health and knew that I needed to reach as many people as I could with this same message.  Regular chiropractic adjustments, allowed me to become totally in tune with my body, my headaches vanished, my posture improved, I was able to manage my stress levels easier and finally could get a good nights sleep!  Alongside this I implemented a paleo lifestyle, started juicing, exercising regularly and began meditating.  I very quickly began to read the warning signs that my body would give me, which before I would simply try and mask rather than address the cause. 

Based on my own personal experience, I made it my mission to transform the way people view their own health, a message that is so powerful yet makes perfect sense.  How you eat, think, move and function on a daily basis will either move you towards sickness or wellness, the question is which path do you chose?  Everybody has the right to express their full genetic potential and that is why we are here to provide the tools and knowledge that will have you on your path to health!

Ever since I was a young child I have lived an active lifestyle and can thank my parents for entering me into many different sporting teams at such a young age. My father says that as a baby I was kicking footballs before I was able to walk! Growing up I naturally gained a passion for health and physical fitness with an ultimate desire to play football. After gaining my A-Levels I was fortunate enough to be offered an athletic scholarship in the USA where I was able to express my abilities as an athlete and gain a BSc degree in Kinesiology from California State University, Fullerton. This experience was invaluable for me and shortly after graduating I was able to sign a professional contract to play for the Anaheim Bolts. Alongside this, I also qualified as a personal trainer with the International Sports Science Association (ISSA). My time in America taught me many lifelong lessons and whilst both playing and working with numerous professional and semi-professional sports teams, unfortunately I became exposed to many sports injuries to myself and within other athletes from a wide range of sporting backgrounds.

This is where I was able to find chiropractic as my life's purpose. I had previously heard of it performing wonders for my parents but never really understood how it worked. It was having treatment from a chiropractor after multiple injuries, and also witnessing and hearing about teammates with injuries who were also making miraculous recoveries that I decided I wanted to learn more. I researched more into it and not long after I decided to return to the UK where I began my studies at the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic (AECC) in Bournemouth. Whilst studying I attended many chiropractic seminars and spoke to numerous chiropractors, I was amazed at the amount of miracle recovery stories due to chiropractic care and could not wait to start helping others in such a holistic way. After learning about Core Wellness Centres I knew that I wanted to work in this way, helping people achieve their health goals and full potential. I cannot wait to start helping the community and start changing people's lives.

Personal Trainer & Rehab Specialist - Level 3 REPs

At an early age I was mentored and brought up in to the world of Health and Fitness by my father.  Having come from a Law Enforcement background where I served as Police Officer for just over 11 years, I was always maintaining the discipline to view my health as my number one asset in life. There is nothing on this earth that can be the first priority to live to the fullest by looking after your health.

I always knew deep down I was going to enter the Health and Wellenss Industry once I completed service as a police officer, its just where my heart has always been to inspire and save those struggling to maximise their potential with their health gains.

I qualified as a Level 3 Advanced Personal Trainer in 2009 and three years later obtained a Diploma in Advanced Nutritional Studies.  Student for life as they say and when it comes to Health, you are always learning something new about the body.  Transforming lives is all I have ever done since I obtained my qualifications and continue to do it to date.  

When I first stepped into Core Wellness it was a genuine "Renaissance" of life for me.  I have a purpose, we all have purpose here and a mission to save lives and leave a trace of success.  My purpose and passion in life has always been to share with people my experiences of love, faith, security and all foundations of good health in order for us to live in peace balance and harmony.  

If you really want to be next person to experience and learn how you can think better, move better and eat better, my advice to you is that we will give you what you don't have to inspire you and bring out the best in you to go beyond.  As for my initials "KM", KEEP MOVING and don't stop......

I have worked within the Sports & Exercise industry for over 8 years. After completing a Sport & Exercise Science Diploma in 2007, I qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2009 and a Sports Massage Therapist in 2012.  Having received Personal Training & Sports Massages myself, I developed  an appreciation for the value of expert advice and support in achieving goals safely and efficiently. It was this understanding and passion for sport that led me to pursue a career in Sports Massage alongside Personal Training. Over the last two years I have developed my Sports Massage skills and now have a client base with a wide variety of needs.  I love a challenge and helping others to achieve their goals and would be happy to help you achieve yours!

Personal Trainer - Level 3 REPs

My interest in health and fitness began with my love for running. At the age of 14 I ran the Race for Life, this was a massive challenge having never been a 'sporty' person at school. I continued to increase the mileage until I ran my first marathon at 18 and have now run nine marathons across Europe. During this time, I have learnt how to train and eat most effectively. Running has allowed me to achieve goals, live a healthy lifestyle and feel good about myself.

In 2015 I qualified as a Personal Trainer. I have since worked with many clients of different ages and abilities as well as teach group exercise classes. I enjoy working with people, learning what motivates a person and finding exercises that are both engaging and rewarding. 

I was drawn to Core Wellness Centres for the holistic approach to training. It is not purely for aesthetics but to improve the overall quality of a person's life. I ran because of how it made me feel in my mind as well as my body. I believe exercise is so much more than how you look, it is as much mental as it is physical. I am excited to be a part of the team, helping to transform bodies, attitudes and lives.

Sports Massage Therapist - BSc (hons) Sport and Exercise Science, Level 3 ITEC

I have always had a passion for Team Sport and Fitness, so when it came to deciding on a career I already knew it would revolve around sport and working with people to achieve their goals. My degree enabled me to fully understand the anatomy of the body and how it functions to allow us to complete daily activities or push ourselves to the limits in Sporting events.

While completing my degree I decided to qualify as a Sport Massage Therapist so I could use this knowledge to help prevent/treat injuries or tensions brought about through sport or everyday life.  My massages are tailored to your needs and have many benefits including improving the range of movement and muscles flexibility, relieving tension or stiffness and accelerating recovery from injury.  Massage not only helps to relieve body tensions but can also help to relax the mind which is a vital component when it comes to personal wellness and health. I have always wanted to work with people to help them achieve their goals and I feel my work really allows me to fulfill this desire.

Chiropractic Assistant - BSc (hons) Sport and Exercise Science

At school, my love of sport meant I always got involved with any competitions and tried nearly everything on offer.  Hockey was my passion, playing since a young age and continuing to play throughout University.  Choosing physical education as an A level gave me a huge insight into the many aspects of sport and fitness.  Studying Sport and Exercise Science at Hertfordshire University was a great experience and was definitely the right choice for me.  I was able to learn about a variety of areas such as nutrition, anatomy and biomechanics, human physiology and health promotion.  

During my course I really found an interest in health and wellbeing, learning how to keep the body healthy by eating well, staying active and being positive.  By taking part in the practical work, I was able to see firsthand just how different types of exercise and supplements can impact performance.  Within my third year I shadowed a health and wellbeing team working with a number of patients who were diagnosed with various illnesses and disabilities.  This really opened my eyes to how important being part of a health and wellbeing team would be.  

Helping people progress and improve in their overall health is a goal I wish to achieve and by working at Core Wellness Centres I hope I can help people become happy, healthy and confident.

I have been receiving chiropractic care with Dr. Tilley since 2010 so was delighted to have the opportunity to join the team at Core Wellness Centres.  I originally started care for tension in my neck and shoulders and since moved into a wellness programme to look after my spine.  

I have been interested in health and nutrition for most of my adult life and follow an active lifestyle by cycling and walking/ hiking regularly.  I feel renewed energy after spending time in our beautiful British countryside and love exploring new and different areas.  

Maintaining good physical, chemical and emotional well-being helps us all to engage in our day-to-day activities to the best of our abilities.  I strive to be as healthy as possible but for me there is always room for improvement!  Working at Core Wellness Centres I look forward to not only continuing to enhance my own health but also to helping others achieve their lifestyle goals to.

My personal journey with Yoga started 13 years ago, whilst on a silent Vipasana meditation retreat in Thailand. Over the years my practice grew, and I aspired to train in India. It was there I undertook my Teacher Training with the Ananda Vedanta Ashram, which is accredited by YogaAlliance. I hold the RYT200 certificate and am a member with them.  I am also a member of the British Wheel of Yoga, and regularly attend workshops  for Continuing Professional Development run by them.
I undertook my Pregnancy Teacher Training with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, one of the leading experts in the field. The training is run through YogaCampus/Sitaram partnership.
I have trained with Rainbow Kids Yoga in Yoga for Kids & Families.
