Why did I join team CWC? After recently leaving South Africa, my home country, for the very first time I was ready for a true adventure. Core Wellness Centres was the perfect fit for that adventure. Joining a team with an equal passion for health, fitness and a zest for a full and happy life was the reason I chose to work here.
How I love to stay healthy: I love being outdoors! Any form of exercise that allows me to spend time outside I am game! Although my passion is OCR and trail running.
Fun Fact about me: I am a really good rapper.
My favourite hang out: Pretty much anywhere that has fresh air and is green and pretty.

Moment I am most proud of: Marrying the man of my dreams and travelling the world with him.

What CWC means to me: CWC is not only a place where I work, but it's a place where I can find inspiration everyday, whether it's from the hard working clients or knowledgeable team members.
How I love to stay healthy: Boxing, trail running, weight training and any outdoor activities like surfing. Also I love eating so I get quite creative when making healthy delicious dishes.
Fun Fact about me: I love doing handstands (anytime/anywhere).
My favourite hang out: You can find me in Morden Hall Park, chasing the sun, swimming or working out.

Biggest achievement: Completing my first IMPI race as an elite athlete (1/2 marathon trail run with 30 obstacles)

Biggest achievement: Graduating from university and having all my family there, and competing at numerous national championships for 400m sprinting

What CWC means to me: I came to CWC as a patient and immediately connected with the ethos that Joe and Zoe incorporate into their lives everyday. CWC keeps my body fit and healthy for all my Pilates practise and teaching.
How I love to stay healthy: Pilates, Pilates and more Pilates. Whether it's a mat class or a reformer class I practise what I preach every day!
Fun Fact about me: I love doing the front splits, on the mat or on the reformer, any excuse to stretch out and I'll do it.

What CWC means to me: CWC to me is a family, it’s some where that I know I am surrounded by people who will push me on to be the best version of my self, both mentally and physically.

Why did I join team CWC? I joined CWC in 2015 after graduating from my degree exploring many areas of nutrition, human physiology, biomechanics and health promotion. This really opened my eyes to the world of health and wellbeing and the impact of educating others through promoting lifestyle changes. CWC is a passionate team that all work together to help teach and encourage others to achieve their personal health goals.
How I love to stay healthy: Running and Zumba!

Moment I am most proud of: Travelling to America on my own on a solo trip.
Why did I join team CWC? I joined CWC after initially being a client for 4 years and becoming a complete chiropractic advocate. I was, therefore, eager to join when a suitable position became available. Being part of the CWC team allows me to lead a healthy lifestyle so in turn, I am able to help others achieve their health goals.
How I love to stay healthy: Regular adjustments, gym sessions and massages, along with daily walking and/or cycling, eating as healthy as possible and keeping a gratitude journal.
Fun Fact about me: I have hypermobile thumbs.
My favourite hang out: Anywhere in our beautiful British countryside but can often be found in The Surrey Hills, The Lake District and The Yorkshire Dales.
Health inspiration: The CWC team and anyone who has turned their life around from an unhealthy to a healthy lifestyle, whether it be mentally, physically and/or emotionally.

Biggest achievement: Having hiked or cycled the length and breadth of Britain and completing the London to Brighton Bike Ride twice.
Why did I join team CWC? I initially came to CWC to bring my son in for a sports massage but never imagined then that I'd end up being part of the team! That first visit turned out to be the start of my own journey back to health and wellness. It really was a turning point in my life and now I get to play my part in helping others on their own wellness journey. It doesn't get much better than that!
How I love to stay healthy: Being out and about with my dog, Frodo; working out in the gym and going to Zumba.
