At Core Wellness Centres it is our goal to provide you with the knowledge and information to allow you to implement 'The Core 4' into your daily lifestyle.  Alongside our 121 consultations we run regular health talks to further your understanding, during these we cover a range of topics highlighting the importance of living natural preventative lifestyle.

Our health talks include:

'Eating For Life' 

Our most popular talk and a full nutritional breakdown of the right foods we should be eating to enhance our health.  During this talk we cover topics such as; understanding good fats, supplementation, GI levels of foods, what is natural for us as a species, pH level of foods, weight loss, boosting your immune system, how to increase energy levels, reduce inflammation and much more!

'Bulletproof Your Spine'

Learn the key components for maintaining a healthy spine.  We take you through the importance of having your spine checked from womb to tomb, spinal correction and spinal hygiene exercises.  Learn how our day to day activities are taking a toll on the health of not only our spines but how it affects the health of our nervous system - the master controller in our bodies!  This is a fantastic talk for anyone who is interested in learning more about postural correction, is struggling and in pain or interested in presentation. 

'Supercharge Your Mornings'

​Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and in this talk we explain why.  During this workshop we take you through the benefits of whole food extracting, juicing and transforming your morning routines!  We show you how to make the perfect smoothie; getting the right balance each time of healthy carbohydrates, fats and proteins to ensure you start your day powered up and full of energy!

'Thinking Well - The Power of the Mind'

Our thoughts and emotions ultimately control our life's.  In this workshop we teach you techniques and strategies to help you deal with stress and the difficult times that invariably find their way into our lives.  This valuable workshop will allow you to expand your knowledge to make the best choices for yourself and your family.  

'Movement is Essential for Life'

In this workshop we discuss the importance of exercise and good posture.  Today we know from research that movement is essential for good health and is essential for living a long and healthy life.  We are all aware that we should exercise and have good posture, so what is it that stops us?  The answer is that exercise takes time from our already hectic schedules.  This workshop offers insight and guidelines for making exercise part of your daily routine, providing you with the knowledge of what exercises are essential for us to be implementing to maintain a healthy body and spine.  

'Better Results Faster - How to Become a Healthier You!'

Here we discuss the important wellness basics.  Sifting through health and wellness information can seem overwhelming.  We will break down the importance and basics of spinal health, nutrition, mind  & fitness.  Making it more manageable for you to implement into your daily life.  This informative workshop will kick-start your wellness journey!
